My name is Lisa Salem.  I am a Virtual Assistant and owner of Monarch Virtual Assistance, LLC.  Monarch Virtual Assistance LLC provides off-site (or Virtual) administrative assistance and business support services to busy entrepreneurs, small business owners, and independent professionals, allowing them to free up their valuable time to focus on their core business activities, like income-generating activities and business development initiatives that will increase their bottom line and stimulate business growth.

Prior to starting my Virtual Assistant practice, I spent more than 30 years in the corporate world providing high-level executive assistance and office management support to top level executives and small to medium-sized business owners.   As an accomplished Administrative Professional, I maintained the highest performance standards within a diverse range of administrative functions, developed strong organizational, planning, and coordinating abilities, and became skilled at communicating effectively with persons on all organizational levels. I have a natural ability to be detail-oriented and resourceful in completing projects to meet required deadlines, and learned quickly early on to multi-task effectively.

I loved my career as an Administrative Professional and the work I did for so many years, but when I realized that providing exceptional executive assistance and office management support did not rely on me being physically present in the offices of those I supported, I decided to branch out on my own.  I started my Virtual Assistant practice in April 2009, and have been working “virtually” with clients and loving every minute of it ever since!

My passion lies in developing collaborative, long-term business relationships with small business owners and solo professionals by providing reliable, professional administrative support solutions that will enable them to streamline their workload and help them manage their time and resources for a better work-life balance. This is what drives me; this is why I ventured out to start my own full time practice.  I love helping my clients become successful at doing what they do best so their businesses can thrive and they can grow to the level of success they desire.  My goal is to become an indispensable resource to my clients while building partnerships that ensure mutual business growth, stability, and success.
